    Projekt Z46 jest to rzadki przykład domku dwu – rodzinnego, gdzie w części parterowej znajdują się dwa niezależne mieszkania z osobnym wejściem od frontu. Program jednego z mieszkań przewiduje całkowite zagospodarowanie poddasza. Każda rodzina ma dostęp do niezależnej części ogrodowej.

    Bryła domu ma charakter dworu staropolskiego: od frontu wzbogaca ją wysunięty daszek wsparty na filarach, a elewacje mogą być urozmaicone wykończeniami z klinkieru lub kamienia łamanego, co nadaje malowniczy i niepowtarzalny klimat. Wnętrze domu zaplanowane jest w sposób funkcjonalny, mający na uwadze ekonomikę użytkowania: zblokowany węzeł sanitarny w pomieszczeniu gospodarczym.
